I wasnu2019t spoken to almost the entire time. I was waived in, then that technician asked me to pop my hood, and walked away. No one else came for quite a few minutes. Then a different guy came and asked for my phone number, and said my car shouldnu2019t still be running. I told him no one had given me any instructions yet and he didnu2019t reply. He scanned my VIN then also walked away and didnu2019t return other than to tell me a cost at the end. No one ever verified my contact info or went through checking my tires/lights like they usually do. Multiple techs looked at my car and each other, mentioning a special oil was needed, but no one spoke to me. No recommendations were ever discussed. In the end, a friendly guy showed me that the oil had been replaced and waived me out. That was the most interaction I got.
