Valvoline Instant Oil Change

The friendliest crew of all time. Ralph takes care of me every time I’m in. The Valvoline experience can differ by location. I come here for a reason.

This was a misleading and unacceptable experience. Before authorizing the service, I specifically asked if both the transmission fluid and the transmission filter would be replaced, and I was clearly told yes. Based on that statement, I agreed to the service and paid for it. After reviewing the receipt and opening a formal case with Valvoline corporate (case number on file), it became clear that only the transmission fluid was replaced. The transmission pan was not removed, and the transmission filter was not changed, which directly contradicts what I was told before the service. This is clearly documented on the receipt attached to this review. Despite acknowledging the case, Valvoline refused to issue a proper refund and instead offered a one-time oil change coupon, which does not resolve the issue. I agreed to this service based on incorrect and misleading information, not a misunderstanding. I also made it clear that I am a regular Valvoline customer, but there was no effort to resolve the issue fairly or retain a long-term customer. customers deserve full transparency, Especially when it comes to CVT transmission service, which is complex and expensive.. I strongly advise others to avoid this location for any transmission-related service and to get all service details in writing before paying. I have visited this location for oil changes many times and they are always professional, thorough and quick. I appreciate their customer service and they are good value for the cost.
