They didn't tighten the screws back on my skid plate and it came loose while driving on the highway!! Due to this inconvenience i was unable to attend my family reunion in Detroit causing me to loose out on valuable family time, non-refundable monetary losses,and more inconveniences. After having to wait over 1hour and a half and still no tow driver in sight, I decided to bungee the hanging plate and take the back streets to have it serviced at my local Honda dealership. I have been taking my car to Valvoline for years and have never had any issues. I’ve tried to contact this location serval times and was routed to a national customer service who also couldn’t get in touch with anyone. I’m highly disappointed and even more frustrated bc it happened on a Saturday and no one is available to assist in this matter.

They were clearly trying to get through the work being done in order to start helping the next customer. I felt a little rushed when making the decisions on what service I wanted done. That being said, they were just trying to be as quick and proficient as possible I think, in order to keep the customers happy.

There were other options that were also due but it was explained to me that this one was the most important and the others could wait for now. I asked if they did the tires air pressure check, and the tech said they did. I said no they didn’t i was keeping eyes on them, short staff with alot of work to do and they were bouncing around cars and At some point they just utilized the suction to drain the oil cause no one available to drain from underneath. And finally when i went home and checked the engine bay it was filthy and oil all over the place.Will never recommend this location to anyone.
