Oil change took way to long. Pit person did not have drain plug and or filter tightened when asked to start engine to check oil pressure. Had an immediate oil smell in cab. I told the girl by my window. She asked down into pit, " is there a problem"? No response was given. Several minutes passed. 4 employees stood in front of my truck looking down into pit. Pit person never responded what the problem was. Then after several minutes he gave a go ahead to start truck. The oil smell faded some what. I thought everything was fine until I drove down the road. Oil odor came back strong. I didn't feel comfortable returning to that location. I pulled over and looked under vehicle and saw oil all over drain plug area. I went to car wash and sent $15.00 getting oil washed off. The odor in cab is still present. I am taking my truck into another business to check drain plug and filter to see if tight. Very unhappy! I've been a loyal customer for years.
