My oil change took roughly 35 minutes. The staff did not seem to know much about my vehicle. They pulled my air filter (didnu2019t show it to me either) but didnu2019t offer to replace despite myself knowing it needs done. They aired my tires up to 34PSI instead of my vehicles recommended 35 after I told him the pressure AND barcode scanned inside of door panel. Didnu2019t do the check for lights or any of my lights. Seemed very understaffed and stressed out. One associate walked in with a bonnet on and half clothed.
