I arrived needing a tire rotation and an oil change late in the day. It was about 6:30 and the shop closed at 7. I mentioned that I was ok with one service being done and coming back tomorrow if it would cause them to stay late. Everyone said they were willing to stay late to get the job done. The four technicians were doing the work with a positive attitude, smiling and cracking jokes while doing a great job. These individuals made me feel great and I will definitely be returning to this location.

The person completing my oil change did not complete the job. The oil skid pan was not properly reconnected. I found this out on the highway travelling to work Monday morning. I was in fear that some damage would happen to my car. I went to another Valvoline business and explained the situation, and they offered to fix the plate, but I needed to come back later because they were unstaffed and busy, and they would not be able to complete it during my hour lunch break.I left work early and went back. They were working on 2 cars, 2 in the coming up spots, and I was behind another truck. After waiting for 1 hour in line, and the cars ahead not being completed, I left and went across the parking lot to an NTB, where they had it fixed for free within minutes.I will be going to that NTB to get the upcoming work I had planned on getting done at Valvoline, but now have being a regular customer for many years and many cars, I can no longer trust that I will be safe, and the work will be correct.

Was directed in line to be behind a vehicle that came in 10 minutes after I came in. Jordan was the one that directed me. No smiles no hi. Was the slowest visit I have ever had at a Valvoline. My windshield washer fluid was not topped off..... some was put in but not filled. All tires read 34 pounds except front left tire it was 31 pounds. Was shown dipstick after filled with oil.... was a 1/4" low this happened twice below fill mark... third time Jordan walked around with stick over a minute then came and showed me. Tired of the situation I said OK .....it was not a accurate reading after walking around... I said fine. Definitely not happy with the visit something is definitely wrong with this location!
