I got to the location around 5:45pm after work. They were busy which I didnu2019t mind. However there was a car in front of me and another car that had received and hour and 15 minutes worth of services. I donu2019t blame the employees but I wasnu2019t serviced until 7pm In which theyu2019re supposed to be closed. My gripe is with the fact around 6:45pm another car rolled up and they decided to rearrange us so she was serviced before I was and left before I did even though I had been there since 5:45pm! I also felt since it was closing time they rushed my oil change. They didnu2019t top my fluids and I had to ask them to put air in my tires. I understand it was a busy time and they had a lot of cars but I was there longer than I wanted to be. Next time I wish theyu2019d recommend sending clients to mechanics or come another day before getting services that take hours and have lines if people waiting so long

Probably never returning to any Valvoline again. None of the workers smiled. The lady who guided my vehicle was just trying to get me out of the way: called her out several times for questions, she paid no mind and never came back. The assistant manager who billed me and explained things was talking way too fast, too low, straight face and with a lot of terms I couldnu2019t understand. It was an overall unwelcomed feeling and poor experience, and highly disappointing with the price paid. You pay a lot less for much friendlier service at Midas, Premier Auto and other companies. Just sucks I gave them my money.
