Waited 45 mins for a oil change and filter change, 30 mins into it a guy came outside and scanned my car so I waited another 15 mins finally got in for them to take apart my car and tell me they didn’t have my filter I was late from lunch and they could’ve saved me so much time by telling me that when they scanned my car bad service and slow

I stopped at this shop on 12/2/25 around 7:30pm. The staff were preparing to close. I know seeing my car was the last thing they wanted to see. I explained to them how I had stopped at five different gas stations to add air to my tires, but all the compressors were not functioning. I had already had a flat tire earlier, worked all day, and was just trying to get home.
The staff promptly filled my tires and also pointed out one of my valves was bad. I just wanted the three gentlemen to know how much I appreciated their service, and have them recognized!
