NO STAR REVIEW Horrible- negligent- and not taking financial responsibility to fix my car- after admitting to not “pulling the drain plug” and DOUBLE FILLING my car with oil on June 2. I couldn’t even drive out of the bay. It was towed out, and remains at the dealership. I have all the diagnostic reports, and the report saying I need a new engine and turbo. Valvoline wants to give me a 20k mile or 2 year warranty?! Valvoline wants me to drive it, as is, and wait until something “more severe” happens. It is unsafe to drive, unfair, and unacceptable. They want me to sign a contract saying they are not liable- for many things- but the one that really got me- my SAFETY?! Wow. I drove my WELL taken care of, beloved car there for an oil change. Now my car sits, devalued by over 12k, broken, still smoking, metal in oil filter (after 2 more changes), engine noise, and I have the certified mechanics report, saying exactly what happened to the engine, as a result of Valvolines “mistake”. So I sit here, for one month, trying to advocate for myself, and be respectful, and patient…BUT this week, valvoline showed me that instead of being understanding and trusting that they will make this right, I need to be vocal, and let everyone know what has happened. I just want my car back -fixed how it WAS before I made the mistake of driving into their negligent and reckless hands. :( All they had to do was the RIGHT thing. FIX. MY. CAR

Lo peor de lo peor mi gente esta agencia! Escuchen esto: el día 2 de Junio del 2026 mi Esposa fue a hacer un cambio de aceite a este establecimiento en el cual le !destrozaron el motor del carro! No le sacaron el aceite que tenía en el sistema y le agregaron la misma cantidad de aceite que lleva el motor y cuando se arrancó el carro blockout en humo blanco por todos lados aumentando las presiones internas del motor una locura. Bueno hoy es 2 de Julio del 2026 y todavía no se a resuelto el problema. No les recomiendo este lugar para hacer sus servicios de Auto pues ellos no respetan al cliente.
