They need to listen to the wishes of the customer when asked Not to take the air filter out of the vehicle multiple times and repeatedly go against the wishes of the vehicle owner. This is not the first time this has happened , it happens every time that myself or a family member has service done here. Even if they don’t have a new filter in stock , I have had enough !

Advise to be more care and thoroughly inspect the oil filter, after it is installed. Mine was installed with too much force, thus possibly crushing the gasket. I drove away with a leak that I could smell. 140 miles after I left the first oil change I went to another Valvoline and they assessed/corrected the condition.
