I have been to this location a few times and have had great service. After the last time recently however, they showed me my air filter needed replaced, which I can easily do myself so I declined to have them do it. After buying an air filter online when I went to put it in I noticed one of the two clips on my air filter cover was broken off and it was missing a screw, as well as another screw hole being stripped out. I know accidents happen, and I'm not even mad about that, but it is frustrating that they obviously had to know what happened and didn't say anything to me at the time. I know it happened then because they are the only place that has been under my hood since last time I changed my air filter and it was fine. So there is a possibility it happened the time before last, but either way it happened at this location.
