Staff was very accommodating and professional. Had many fluid services done including oil, rear diff, transfer case, auto trans, radiator as well as fuel and engine treatment. They communicated effectively before, during and after all such services. Service was timely and vehicle performance is noticeably better running smoother and more efficient. In fact, just completed a 700 trip to NC and gained almost a 3 mpg improvement. Highly recommended these guys in State Rd in Cuyahoga’Falls! .

I got right in and they went to work immediately. I especially like the fact that I could see the old oil being pumped out. However that could be a bad thing because how can you guarantee that all the gunk that may have collected at the bottom of the oil pan was removed? Just a thought. But since I changed my oil regularly there shouldn't be sludge or any buildup in the oil pan.
