All three bays were full when I arrived. TM directed me to the left side bay and told me 10 minutes. The car in front of me was checking out. Then at check out they decided to have their tires rotated. I waited 20 minutes while the TM tried to find the tool to remove the security lug nuts, Meanwhile two or three other cars went through the line while I waited. Not good customer experience for me.
