Not a good visit. Pulled up at 8:10am. Supposed to be open according to door and website. Seen three people walking around in there (one didn’t show up until8:18). Didn’t get in until 8:30. Asked for oil change and lube. Very slow workers, no urgency at all. Tech asked twice what services I wanted. Never got live. Performed oil change and filled washer fluid. The did not check anything else. Sheet shows my chassis lube was not checked all my items were “OK” and my trans was “SEALED”. I drive a 2500hd and it does not have a sealed transmission. Didn’t even clean my windshield. Did not check air filter and try to sell me one. These kids running this place need supervision. They obviously can’t even run through a basic checklist. I expect more from the premium brand of Valvoline. This location isn’t doing Valvoline any favors. $123.10 is way overpriced for what you get here.

We had our oil in our Jeep changed a few days ago and checked the oil today and found the oil was filled much too high. Went to the Polaris/Gemini location to have it checked , thinking maybe the old old had not been drained and new was added. Spoke with the Manager JD and explained the situation and he checked everything over personally and drained the oil, which was not clean and new entirely and was definitely overfilled. JD took care of everything, was extremely courteous and helpful . A very good experience!

I had an excellent experience with Beau, Adrian, and Lucca at Valvoline Instant Oil Change. They were incredibly considerate, kind, and genuinely caring throughout my visit. They took the time to explain exactly what they were doing and why, which made me feel confident and informed about my car.
Beau was especially helpful when my brake light bulb wasn’t working—he knew exactly how to change it because he used to have the same Hummer, which was such a relief. They also went above and beyond by helping me with my turn signal lights and brake lights.
Even though it was a very busy time, they never rushed me and remained patient and friendly throughout my visit. I truly appreciated their kindness and excellent customer service. I will definitely be back to this location because of them!
