I brought in a 2010 Rav 4 for an oil change and radiator flush. During the radiator flush, a connector part on hose broke. The technician showed me that Valvoline has stated that this is a problem with certain Toyotas. The manager told me how sorry he was that this had happened, and that they would replace the part at no charge to me from the local NAPA. Sadly, the local NAPA did not have the part, and the assistant manager had to drive 20 miles away to get the part from another town. All told, after my oil change and the radiator problems, I was at the shop for about 2 hours. Please note, I am not upset about this. Things happen when you drive an old car! I interacted primarily with Kyle and Rojo, but during my wait every single technician in the shop came by to check on me, offer me drinks, and just talk, all of them saying how sorry they were for my wait.
Everyone was caring and very polite. I have come to this specific Valvoline location for years, and have always received excellent treatment and service. Today was no exception. I will continue to come here for both my car and truck as long as I am driving.
