Instead of offering a fake discount after being told NO for an extra service- just give a fair price to begin with. Extremely Overcharging for small things- and instantly being offered a $20 discount, then offered another $25 discount after being told NO- tells me you service members were trying to price gouge me to begin with. I. The day and age- where I can look up instantly the price of a cabin air filter or engine air filter- it is absurd to believe that a consumer would pay and unreasonable upcharge which is more than 4 times the actual price- same with the engine air filter. Especially when the service member is immediately willing to discount the services once told no.
