Gemini and Polaris in Columbus Ohio, Didn’t check lights asked if my tires needed air not sure how all that was no longer part of the oil change service and I didn’t receive my receipt they didn’t reset my oil change reminder nor did I get the sticker to let me know when the next visit would be, I don’t change oil for a living I keep hearing my oil change was a evac job , but they had no tubes to do this so the fix was just pull the plug, I sat in bay for 40 minutes not typical experience in past , Sorry for the low rating, but was not happy I ended having to drive to location for my sticker after calling headquarters and the service writer was not happy to get the sticker for me. Hopefully this was a one time deal

The customer service here is phenomenal! Natalie is especially every time is see her! JD is very knowledgeable and a super polite guy. And for the vehicle service, spectacular every time. Definitely recommend coming when it's little calmer. Thank you Valvoline for always keeping my car in tip-top shape!
