2nd time through with a different car - wanted oil change and tire rotation this time, torque wrench broke - no tire rotation. Last time with another vehicle they did not have any more oil available and would not do the tire rotation as requested. Had thought the first time was a "fluke" no longer convinced at this stage in the game. Staff was friendly and engaging but lack of materials in both scenarios is an ongoing annoyance. Not likely to use them again.

Had the pleasure of working with Brandy. She crushed it. Was super friendly, answered my questions about the pumping of the oil out (as opposed to using gravity), and explained that it's a better way to get the oil out (can get more than gravity), and saves potential wear and tear on the bolts and oil pan beneath the car. Great job, and did not pressure sell me to get a new filter, but suggested a light dusting of red pepper to keep critters away that may nest inside! Wonderful insights, great service person all around.
