All was fine when I left after spending $273.00. The next day I had to work, then went home. The following evening , I went to a party and someone noticed that the lower engine shield was hanging down underneath the car. So I went back to Valvoline the following morning and spoke to one of the guys who was there on the day of service, and he stated he had seen it on that day. I asked him why they didnu2019t ask me about it? He shrugged and said he didnu2019t know. I asked why they didnu2019t put it backu2026shrugged again. Took it to Ford ant they fixed it. Unfortunately, the damage to the Shield will take value from my car.

I noticed a leak on my garage floor. So being a prior Valvoline customer I took my vehicle in for a check. They mentioned it was a transmission leak and to take it to the dealer. The dealer said there was a small seal leak in CV but the shield covering the oil pan and filter was ruined by oil saturation and needed thrown away or replaced for $160. And the oil filter was currently leaking.
