I had planned my entire day around stopping at Valvoline on my way home from work on Tuesday. Of course, I left work much later than anticipated, and did not pull up to Valvoline until 6:15 PM. I felt so inconsiderate requesting services 45 minutes before close. I just want to express, that even though the guys had been there all day and it was very close to the end of their shift - the service was still exceptional. I truly appreciate the incredible service even at the end of the day. Shout out to Tyler, Royce and Joshua. Thank you!

I had Valvoline change my oil before my trip from California, didn't experience unusual oil consumption, but when parked was getting a large puddle of oil under driver side of the engine. In 3,000 miles added a quart on next to last fill-up before reaching my destination. Upon seeing another large puddle I Google mapped the nearby Valvoline, one town over and headed that way. I explained the issue and my concern, they got me in the bay, took some pics to show me... The. Manager ended up doing a quick filter change only and top-off "no charge" and it has taken care of the issue. I tried to contact to thank through a quick call, got into a totally automated system, Facebook response was not location specific(Findlay, Ohio) but just a general page...So happy to respond here and thank the entire staff there in Findlay who all dove in to solve this traveller's dilemma... I had to come get air for my tire. The wait was long as I was behind 2 cars. The employee came out to see what I needed in the rain. He did mention they had no way of bringing any kind of air pump out of the service station, so I just waited until it was my turn.
