I went to Valvoline today to get an oil change. I will say it was quick and efficient but, they did a reading on my battery and pulled up a screen that said it was basically a bad battery / it was shot. I took it upon myself to get a second opinion, as I was not having troubles with it. I took it to O’Reillys and AutoZone, in which both testing had a good reading for my battery. So, the people at Valvoline must have lied to up charge me or upsell. I was not happy about this and it was a poor experience. A couple of months back I went and they had loss the cap for my window washer fluid when doing their routine inspection. I thought I would give them another chance today but it was just a poor experience all the way around and did not like the fact of them lying to gain more money after my $100 purchase.
