I had the pleasure of having my vehicle worked on by Rob, Jaden, and Hawthorne. They run a tight ship. They were efficient without rushing. They checked in with me about all available services and options, including some preventative maintenance and the cabin air filter. I was particularly impressed when I saw them check the engine air filter and then put it back without asking me if I want it replaced unnecessarily. They could have tried to upsell me unnecessarily but didn’t. Rob was managing multiple bays up to with ease. It’s clear they work well as a team. While they did not ask for this review, they sure did earn it.
I went to another no-appointments-required shop up the road for my other vehicle. Big mistake. They didn’t check my air filters, ask about my wipers, check my lights, or top off any fluids without me asking. I will be back!
Also, be on the look out for a $25 off coupon. Those are the best!

Slooooow. Need someone directing which Bay to enter waited behind a problem case for thirty minutes, while other cars just decided to back out and leave.
