They didn't check my tire pressure. I asked it to be checked because I know one of my tires has a slow leak. At the end, I mentioned that I don't think they had checked the pressure, so the person charging my card asked the person working on my vehicle if they had done it, and they replied yes. So I chalked it up to I must have somehow missed it and left. When I got back on the road, my tire pressure signal went off again so I went to another tire place to get the air checked - all of my tires were low, the one with the slow leak was under 18psi, confirming that valvoline hadn't checked my tire pressure despite me having asked several times and them reassuring me that they had. They also didn't check my lights or filters.

Oil was changed, tires were uneven pressure, didnu2019t see anyone attending to that issue, when prompt and showed dash, was told it needed to get reset upon driving, understandable, has happened before, but i am certain it was not done, the young male tech had his eyes to the floor when prompted which lead me to believe it wasnu2019t done. Didnu2019t even get helped to leave the bay.
