When I arrived, there were two cars in progress and one car waiting. I pulled in and was next in line. When my bay became available, Eddie asked if I would allow the other car waiting who was waiting to go before me. So we switched bays and the other car went before me. I ended up waiting for an hour before they got to me. I waited while 3 other cars who arrived after me was serviced before me. Once I got in, they were out of the oil filters that fit my truck. I had to continue to wait while they went and picked up a new oil filter. Overall, I was there for 1 1/2 hours for a 15 minute oil change.

The team at the Grove City were remarkable. They were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Brian and a female employee did an excellent job and went above and beyond to help me understand my broken glove compartment and help me repair it. I was so pleased with the service and will definitely become a loyal customer.
