The staff did everything to make me feel special. They noticed that my driver side dim light did not work, and I told them to charge an extra $26 to replace the bulb (which my brother had told me it might need done). However, when the service tech unhooked the covering and the bulb lit up. The tech told me it was a connection problem and not the bulb. So I was saved $26 that other places might have charged me for and on my senior SS money, I need to save as much money as I can. I will always go to Valvoline and because of the coupons and decent price, I can visit a lot sooner and keep my car in good running shape because I know the oil is the life blood of my car.

Staff asked about tire pressure and never checked or filled. Didnu2019t top off washer fluid. They left oil on my skid plate which is an ongoing problem and not the first time this has happened. When I get home and park on an incline it leaks all over my concrete driveway about the diameter of a basketball that I have to clean up to keep from staining.
