The csr was knowledgeable checked a few things in the car offered a cabin air filter which he explained why itu2019s important and was recommended fir a change and I agreed nothing felt forced no awkward silence the team communicated very well and was safe with the tech under the car and top the prices were reasonable and printed a sheet out with everything they did showed the dipstick was at full level did tire pressure checks overall the team is as solid as it gets in terms of safety communication just saying we recommend instead of saying you should get this and explaining why they recommend a specific product to n my case a cabin air filter top notch crew would definitely be coming back for other work needed did my car

It was recommended that I replace my cabin air filter. I was told they were sold at other places for 150 but at Valvoline they were 49 so I did it. Two hours later my daughter goes to the same location and is told the same thing about her car. My car is 2 years old, hers is 12 months old. Sheu2019s told the same thing about pricing but the offer to sell hers to her for 30. Kind of ironic that we would both need the same filter replaced, on the same day at the same Valvoline locationu2026 well I just looked up the cost of said cabin air filter on Amazon and itu2019s $8.00 so clearly I was lied to and Iu2019m guessing the cabin air filter was the item for a current sales contest.
