The service was great, very friendly staff. I only have 1 thing to complain about and that is that I had asked for my windshield washer fluid to be topped off and after checking it was not so maybe they just forgot about it. But other than that good service and very timely!

It was all young kids who didn't know what they was doing cause they told me I had something wrong with my car but there is nothing wrong with it.

I’ve been coming to valvoline for several years but recently decided to start doing my own oil changes. They use a pump to vacuum oil out and my oil always comes back dirty. Paying $80 for an oil change I expect more. After changing my own oil my engine is running 100% better and the oil is cleaner. There was one time they spilled oil all over my engine bay causing my car to smoke. When I mentioned this to management there was nothing they could do.
I don’t usually leave bad reviews but I think it’s warranted in this case. I thank valvoline for influencing me to save $40 by changing my oil myself
