Tire pressure is never even! After they filled my tires they sat at 33 35 37 and 39 psi.... talk about a wobbly first hr of my drive. I usually tell them don't touch my tires but I was hitting the road in a few hrs from the service and took a chance at convince.

The boy that was talking to me about services and that I paid was very respectful and niceu2026 however the guy in the front of my car guiding me in and out doing the oil change from the top was rude kept looking like he was mad and giving nasty looks sitting on the ground..I felt like I was wasting his time u2026 they didnu2019t even check my tire pressure..I had to ask if they could change my brake light since they didnu2019t check my lights either .. he really seemed like he didnu2019t want to be there .. very unprofessionalu2026had a attitude or something wrong u2026 makes you feel uncomfortable as a customer.. sorry I made him work .. first time I have ever had a problem here.. I donu2019t like to complain but it was really uncomfortable to me I donu2019t like feeling like that when Iu2019m paying for a service

Was recommended for tire rotation but was told on prior visit tire thread was low. Associate said tires were in good condition to rotate. This service took place on Thursday, August 15. Driving later that day it seemed the steering wheel was vibrating a little but I thought maybe it was adjusting. Last night on my way home, the tire blew out on the freeway while driving 55 mph! The tire was ripped along the side. It seems the tire was either not put on properly or needed replaced but this is not what was recommended by your associate. I'll be visiting the location this morning for a refund for that tire rotation service. The young man seemed to be new and a little inexperienced but I was patient and thought, even if so, he has to learn somehow. I think this was probably NOT a good idea. I had to ask him to reset my oil sensor and tire sensor, and he did not know how to do it. The manager had me pull out and did it instead.

I can only assume there has been a change in management at the groveport location. It was a different experience from the past visits. There was a hard sell on services I didnu2019t require. Upselling and lack of personal interaction. When I got home and opened the hood there was oil everywhere. Iu2019d just had the engine cleaned and had to mop up pools of oil over the entire engine block and surrounding areas. Even spillage on the belts. It looked like a pint of oil had been poured over everything.
