After several satisfied visits to this location, this visit was not nearly as good. The staff seemed rushed and there was very little communication. When I returned to work I noticed that the technician failed to wipe down the front of my car and I had greasy finger and hand prints all over the hood and fenders. There was also spilled oil on the bumper of my car.

The guy at the computer didn't even know what he was talking about. He kept trying to sell me more services that I did not want. They also did not do a light check or add fluids like they always had in the past. I had to ask them to check the lights after the fact. Then after the service was done (Nearly $100 for an oil change) The tech guiding me out let me hit my mirror on the wall driving out of the bay.

It has been a while since I’ve been to Valvoline. It was a bit of a wait, but all bays were full. I was shown the oil level on my dipstick. My tire pressure wasn’t checked , my lights weren’t checked and I needed to ask someone to reset my service indicator after I was ushered out. A mgr explained to me that there had been a sick call and she reset my indicator and checked my lights. I’ll go back, but if they’re that busy, I’ll just go another day.

Staff were knowledgeable and kind when I was unsure what oil my car took. They were able to look my profile up and help me get the correct oil for my car. I did feel like I was slightly pressured into buying new wiper blades, but I did decide not to purchase them there. The staff who helped me out of the garage was very friendly with smiled and waved as I left. Friendly staff, don’t pressure them to upsell customers it impacts customers service.
