The service was great as you guys were able to give me an oil change and test my car battery (I had problems starting my car that morning). However you couldn't replace the battery, you were out of stock of the cabin air filter for the second time in a row, and you had to check to make sure you had the oil needed for the oil change. Even though I've been a long-term customer, I think I might need to change where I get my service done since it there's a good chance you might not have the parts/oil needed to service my car when I bring it in.
