I was greeted upon arrival and told there would be about a 5-10min wait (which I appreciated being told the approximate time). Once in the bay area, the employees were friendly, helpful, and quick. I have never had an issue with this Valvoline, and it is my "go-to" whenever I need an oil change. I love that they recommend products and services but don't force them on you. I appreciate them showing what your filters look like and asking to replace them. All of the employees are courteous and knowledgeable!

Nothing the staff could do. There was a back-up of customers waiting so I spent about 30 minutes before getting service. The location I visited has 4 stalls but only 3 were being used for service, maybe worker shortage? My oil change service took about 25 minutes because there was a new employee struggling with accessing the oil plug. He eventually received help. I am okay with the new person learning however the two other customers waiting behind me were likely not happy.

We arrived near closing time. The staff were happy to take us, and proceeded to go above and beyond. One of the services I got was a new battery, they had problems with one of the terminals. They replaced the terminal and switched out the battery, and ended up staying well after their closing time. And they were courteous and professional the whole time. Excellent staff.
