Worst valvoline i have ever been to, been waiting behind 1 car in the bay for 45 minutes, meanwhile 1 car that pulled up after me is pulling away and another pulling in. All other valvolines control which bay which car goes to, scans your door ahead of time etc. And it's not staffing, watching 4 people trying to rotate 4 tires. Steer clear of this one.

Valvoline Instant Oil Change

Hi Richard, thank you for reaching out. At VIOC, we provide friendly service on a first-come, first-served basis. We're sorry to hear that our Hebron Road team did not follow this policy, and we’re disappointed your wait was longer than expected. To help us improve, please email your VIN to CCsocial@valvoline.com, and we'll be happy to get this in front of our management team to review.
