I have come here a hand full of times before. My last time was the first time I really went over on my oil change due to finances. The two techs spent a good portion giggling under my hood and talking about how dirty my oil was. I am assuming but could be unrelated they assumed because I am just a stupid girl that I wouldn’t notice they filled my tires +5-6 psi which I know could have caused a serious accident and luckily I realized immediately I was nearly bouncing down the road. I have yet to check to see if he actually changed my air filter or pretended too as I was already getting the vibe he may have not changed it. Will no longer be doing any business with Valvoline.
