there was a mexican employee that had pretty much attitude to us along not being able to tell me why i am not getting the same oil type that i was told on the phone, and has failed to tell me why im getting a different kind and how is it different from the one my car is supposed to take, basically was told they have it on the phone and i went to the exact location i called, employee wasnt very informative.a second employee was trying to open my engine cover and it was open about i say 85% and he was still trying to take it off (it would break the plastic pieces that help the motor cover click back in, along that there was not just oil dripping on my engine bay (on top of the engine) there was also some other stuff they put and tried to wipe it off and it still has marks till this day and i dont know how to get rid if it, overall i hate to say i had such a bad experience because i used to come here years ago

When it was time to show me the dipstick with the correct amount of oil, the staff kept making excuses on why the oil was reading a half a quart low. I heard that it takes 5-6 minutes to read properly and also that it would show full after I drove the vehicle. I am 99.9% sure that they are trained to show a FULL reading on the dipstick. I was an auto mechanic for years and I know when the oil level is full and when it’s not. This is not acceptable. What if I didn’t know any better? These oil changers could be letting people drive off with oil that’s less than full. II sincerely hope something is done about this.
