I cannot say enough good things about my experience at Valvoline, and especially about Diego. He went absolutely above and beyond to help me.
From the moment I arrived, Diego was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely committed to making sure everything was taken care of properly. He took the time to explain what was needed, answered all of my questions, and treated me with a level of care and respect that you simply don’t encounter everywhere.
What stood out most was that Diego didn’t just do his job—he truly cared about helping me. He went the extra mile without hesitation and made what could have been a stressful situation feel easy and manageable.
Employees like Diego are a tremendous asset to Valvoline. His customer service, professionalism, and willingness to help deserve recognition. I will absolutely return to Valvoline because of the exceptional experience I had with him.
