They stripped the oil pan bolt and were unable to change the oil in the car. They spent a length amount of time trying to fix it but later came to me and said it was already stripped. If it was already broken why would you spent 30-40 minutes trying to take it off, hammering it, using many tools? It doesnt make sense. Why would I want them to repair something if its broken? They are not an auto shop, they were in the wrong. Why would the procedure say "try to fix a stripped bolt." They said they had a video and would not show it to me. I just wanted a new plug since they damaged the old one. I hope the oil doesnt leak while I go to a real autoshop and get it fixed. Avoid going here.
