The staff at this location is terrible. I used to get great service here. They do not check lights. They did ask my how my lights were and my response was...Im driving the car so don't know. They sit on their cell phones the whole time. I never got my lights checked and it took forever to get someone to help me reset my maintenance required light.

I was next in line in the bay to get a AC charge. I was asked to pull out of the bay park towards the building. After 20 minutes they couldn’t find an extension cord for the machine to charge it so they went and change the oil with the next customer while I waited for 20 minutes, then I pulled back into the bay when they were finished with that customer.

In the past, they've always checked other fluids, checked the air filter, etc. They did not do any of that. I asked them in the very beginning if they could check the air in my tires. They said they would. They have always checked tires in the past as well. When they were done I asked if they checked the air because I didn't see them do that. They said they did. But when I got home, I could tell that one specific tire I was concerned about was still low. They didn't bother to do it.
