I took my car in for an oil change, on Thursday 20 Aug 2026 and they damaged my car, they left a cap loose, and the intake valve was damaged and I had to pay over $900 for the repair. This is not the first time, in May 2026 They left a lot of the bolts off when they changed my oil.

I specifically called this shop, and they told me over the phone that an oil change for my car would be $130; they gave me a $25 discount, so the price after tax and the discount was supposed to be $105. When I got there, however, they told me the price after the discount would be $120. I don't understand why they mislead people. An official Ram dealer charges $110 for an oil change, including all taxes.
