Well they replaced the air filter without asking me first. After I discovered they were doing something that wasn't like the oil change I asked for I questioned what they were doing and they told me they were changing the air filter. At the end when I paid for my services I had a coupon for 20% off my entire invoice. After leaving and having to reset my service light which they did not offer to do, I looked at the bill and saw that they'd only taken 20% off the oil change. The coupon clearly stated 20% off the entire invoice. I called the service center and they were zero help and told me to call the store back. I really don't want to leave any stars until this gets resolved.
