One of the team members said that they could change the head light on my jeep, I said ok but there were problems getting the bulbs out. The manager stated that to fix the problem he would need to take off the front bumper, but that he could not that day and could i come back on Tuesday. I said my wife would be able to do that. My wife came back and the manager stated he said any day but Tuesday! That was a lie! I asked him three times to make sure i had the day correct, he said yes. Then my wife shows up and he says he did not say that day. I will not be returning to a business where the person in charge is dishonest. I will take my vehicle to a more reputable business.

My low tire pressure came on the next day so I looked at all my tires and noticed that every single one of them the valve stem cover was barely threaded on. One was almost off completely and the rest were not all the way on at all. Almost like they forgot, or didn’t care, to screw them back on after putting air in my tires. Disappointed in that. Otherwise they were nice and helpful.

I believe the old and used oil didn’t get drained completely before they put in new oil (old oil was still flowed into container). It was busy morning so the staffs were kinda rush into finishing the job. Staff’s vibe wasn’t that happy for early morning! 20% off coupon was helpful because the oild change price was expensive!

My previous oil change place was not accurate in looking at my car. My first oil change was done as my previous car. The oil filter fell off about a mile down the road. Because of this mix up, my paperwork was wrong. When my motor blew and needed replaced under warranty. The warranty was not honored because my paperwork said Hyundai. I feel better about my VIN being scanned. Also I appreciate the employees keeping me informed about how everything looked, if something was an issue, I was informed.
