They mentioned they could check my air filter. I said I was ok. Then they mentioned it again and I said you can check it but I'm not changing it today. Then they brought out a brand new filter PRIOR to looking at the one in my vehicle. I told them it's ok, I'm not going to check it today. Then they took the filter out of the car and it did need changed. I was told that when it's that dirty, it can be hard to put back in... Short of the long, I got the new filter. I was given a discount on it. But I was just frustrated about the whole situation. Like how are you going to already pull out a brand new filter prior to seeing if there was even a need? Seem fishy to me.

The guys in the shop were so helpful. They made sure to explain everything to me, including the prices of different services and why I might want to purchase them. I went in to get my oil changed and left with so much more. One of the men (I think his name was Jason, I left my receipt in the car) even went as far as changing my serpentine belt for me. He was so kind and genuinely concerned for the safety of my vehicle and I. I've already started telling everyone I know to visit the shop. I actually had fun while I was there?! If you guys are reading this, thank you. You absolutely made my day. :)

The crew went above and beyond for me this visit. I needed a cabin air filter replaced, and Alan (manager) noticed a nest inside the glove box. He took the time to clean out the glove box and taped the new filter in place since it has been missing the cover. Thanks Kent Valvoline!
