I've always trusted Valvoline, they are always courteous and their knowledge of the motor vehicles is tremendous and helpful... I would NEVER take a vehicle to another Wall-Mart or 10 minute oil change again, they are deceitful and will rake you over the coals... Not Valvoline, especially the Kent Oh. I absolutely love was satisfied with the double and triple check of all fluids and bolts being out back in place. The verbal communication between three staff members to make sure the safety check was done and filters and hardware was put back correctly and safely before driving off lot was great and very much appreciated. I just went through two times at take 5 where the staff did NOT check the final checks of my oil change and the oil filter fell off and put a hole In my engine block and then my truck I got changed Friday the staff at valvoline said my oil filter and oil plug were barely in as well thankfully I got to valvoline in time and they completely a well done job so I do not have to worry about my oil filter upon leaving

Alan reviewed my needs and answered all my questions. I came just for an oil change but after discussing how my air conditioning would cut out on long road trips he explained what was going on with the Freon and possible contaminants such as water and air. I had that serviced and he showed me that there was contaminants that kept me from having a full charge. I also decided to have the coolant flushed as it had not been performed according to the car history. I left satisfied that took care of some items that would have been more costly at the dealer.
