I am comparing my experience to the experiences I have previously had at the streetboro shop. Streetsboro is slightly further from me but the staff there is amazing and they do not try to up sell non stop. The kent shop attempted to replace my air filter without asking and once they did they realized it didn't need to be done. I also was not a fan of them using an impact drill to open and close my air filter housing using the impact even a 12v impact on that kind of hardware is pretty sketchy they can be easily cross threaded or stripped. I prefer the staff and service of the Streetsboro location.
