The vacuum oil removal device didn't remove all of the oil, I said to the attendant that the oil level has never read low on the dipstick & I suggested that they remove the drain plug, they listened to me & removed the drain plug which allowed the rest of the oil to drain out.

This is second time getting oil changed here in was not expecting to pay over a hundred $ just for a oil change it was only half that price last time . And NO ONE MENTIONED THE PRICE UNTIL they where DONE ! There is cheaper oil than they supposedly used . Or I would have went some where else . I did not have that much $ to spend at that time . So now I have to manage with my unexpected expense. THANKS FOR THE UNAWARENESS I WILL NOT BE RETURNING!!!
