absolute worst experience ever. Sat there for an hour behind one vehicle. It made me late to where I needed to be would’ve been worth it to go to Middletown where they actually do a good job. Save yourself time and money go somewhere else! 100% definitely would not recommend… wasted my saturday

Went to this location, as I have been there several times in the past. The service manager told me they didn’t have an oil filter for my Kia Carnivale because they are “rare”. Then he told me I could walk across the street to the O’Reilly’s Autoparts store and buy one there, and then he would “discount the oil change”. I suppose they are not so “rare” after all?? I’ll be taking my business elsewhere…maybe a place that might walk across the street for a returning customer to get what they should have in stock anyway?
