Staff didnu2019t seem like they wanted to be there. The stuff member that did the work to my car that was on the floor I believe his name was Kyle. He took off plastic covers under the hood and did not properly reattach any of them. When I got home I popped the hood and checked everything over and the plastic covers for the battery terminal were all lose and not where they should have been. The air intake plastic was not properly sealed back into place. When shutting the hood he used his dirty and oily gloves and got oil stains all over the top of my hood. The work performed seemed careless and done without any pride.
