Was leaking oil,The manager, Jason, found that the drain plug put in by another Valvoline location was a VW plug and not Audi.He replaced the plug and put in 1.5 quarts of oil and did it al complimentary.Going forward, this will be my exclusive Valvoline location.

I was there for an oil change on my daughter's car. They were very friendly when I first pulled in and went through the intro process. Informed me one of the rear lights was out but only needed 1 of the 2 so I was ok. However, I fixed as my daughter is leaving for college so this information and immediate service fix was very much appreciated! The service was overall very thorough, quick and I got my daughter's car ready to go for her! I interacted with three employees of which all were friendly from beginning to end! Truly a great experience!

Pulled in after work on a Friday and it was about 30 minutes before closing so I thought I'd be upsetting the staff. On the contrary as I pulled in everyone locked in and was engaged. Completed an oil change in about 10-15 (I'm guessing) and I was out and they were nice the whole time. I went in feeling I was going to be annoying them and left feeling they were awesome.
