There was a young man who was in training and my oil change was his first (with manager supervision). He did an excellent job. He was friendly, helpful, and asked questions of his manager as needed. His manager also did an amazing job teaching him and helping him along the way. The friendly smiles and positive attitudes will keep me coming back. It is so rare to receive a service of any kind in our world with smiles and a positive attitude. But every time I come to Valvoline, I get that experience.
