From the moment I pulled my vehicle up to the entrance to the garage, the staff at this Valvoline location was amazing. Andy asked what I needed done, explained the pricing of the oil change. He also showed me that I needed a new Carbon air filter due to mice chewing on the previous one in the car. Andy was very courteous, listened to my questions and explained everything Valvoline was doing in layman's terms. I will definitely be going back for my 3K checkup for my vehicle. Thank you so much for the wonderful and positive experience I had at this Valvoline facility.
