I cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience at Valvoline Instant Oil Change. Tyson went above and beyond in every possible way. We were stranded almost 40 minutes from home with our baby in the car, and he immediately stepped in to help without hesitation. He carefully checked our car, jumped it, and then installed a brand new battery for us—all while being incredibly kind, calm, and efficient. His professionalism and compassion truly meant the world to us in a stressful moment. He turned a scary situation into one where we felt taken care of and safe. Tyson was quick, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. This experience reminded us that there are still amazing people out there who truly care about helping others.
