The staff needs to made to understand that without customers they wouild have no jobs. They most likely hate their jobs. They probably think they should be oaid $100,000 a year for showing up. They were raised poorly. I don't know how you fix that.

I believe this is the second time I have had this technician take care of my van. She is extremely kind, knowledgeable, and courteous. I absolutely love the fact that I have trusted her with my vehicle both times and have been very happy with the results. She does the things she is supposed to do (show me filters, etc.) but doesn't use fake selling techniques urging me to replace things that shouldn't be replaced yet. This is why when they do need replaced I come to you all because I know I can trust her!
