Always feel.like they try to get you to do extra services or do not complete services they said they did. They also charged an extra fee and the first person told me the extra fee was a government fee. When I asked for it to be removed as it has never been on a service before, it was a fee that the location put on themselves. It was not a government fee. They told me they would have to rerun my cc to take the fee off. It's not that hard to refund a customer the fee.
