I had an oil leak. They got in and checked it out figure out what it was and then asked me if I wanted to go ahead and get my oil changed or wait. I was still under 3000 miles so we decided to wait until I got it fixed, it was very helpful. He gave me a print out of all of the comments and things that were wrong so I can take it to a full shop.

I stopped in for an oil change and gearbox servicing. I did have my oil changed but this was the second time I was told they don't have the proper fluid for my car. I was surprised because I had just received an email advertising it! Now I have to go to the BMW dealership for service! Big bucks. Also I asked to have window cleaner refilled. It was filled and it sprayed once and then stopped spraying. I'm going to stop by there today and see what's wrong. I love this place but I'm being put in a position to go elsewhere.
