I had asked for the price of full synthetic compared to synthetic blend. Blend was much cheaper so I said I will take the blend. When it came time for checkout I was shocked at the amount. He put in and charged for full synthetic, it was over $100.00. Not pleased, I paid and left but I should have asked for a coupon for next oil change but I will probably not use them again.

The workers are friendly, courteous and are very thorough. Ask if you have any concerns on anything other than what you came in for. Shows you the air/cabin filters if needed changed or not, or needing wiper blades replaced. Check tire pressure etc. They do a great job with everything! If you mention coupons, they give that off too. If I just need air in tires or washer fluid, they do that too without me waiting in line, just pull off to the side and they get it done. So very happy with this place. I always recommend this Valvoline location. I'm sure others are fine too.
