Well I had to ask three times to check my tire pressure. Had to ask to check my lights to make sure they work. It took about 40 minutes once I was in the bay. They should automatically do these things without me asking. It just took a while and they should do the basics every time without having to keep asking to check things. It wasnu2019t busy they had me and another car but took there good old time. Wasnu2019t fast or efficient. Will return but hopefully they can be better.

When I was waiting in line, a customer left in front of me. Technician Paul came out and gestured to me to back up. When I did he let someone who arrived after me into the spot I was in. That person and the person behind him, who also arrived after me was seen before I was. I asked why I was moved and wasn't given an answer why. I also didn't get a sticker for my next oil change. And when I complained they said they'd give me a discount, but it didn't match my fleet discount my company has with yours.
