Truthfully, everyone there was cracking jokes, getting work done, and enjoying their jobs which caused customers to have a great time and a better experience. I learned more about my car and the services provided because the staff were willing to converse with me while they worked. For a tedious task, I had a great time getting my oil changed and would go back to that friendly, knowledgeable team again.

on a previous oil change I went to a competitors oil change service because this VIOC was too busy and it was terrible. A completely disgusting experience. I also went to different VIOC because it was convenient while on was out running errands. I not only had an oil change, but purchased a VIOC battery as well and the team at this VIOC was totally not knowledgeable. It was terrible. I entered a complaint and was supposed to have gotten 25% off of my next oil change, but I never went back there, and I never did receive my discount for my trouble.
