When I arrived there were four cars ahead of me. No one greeted me, but when a six car pulled up, very nice SUV, they were greeted within minutes and given light safety check. I was greeted 5 minutes later.When I got to pull up on to the blocks my small car bottomed out and no one said anything about it. I've been using Valvoline for years, sometimes I use online coupons. I was sent a coupon for $15 off. However, i've never paid so much for an oil change and filter. Why the price Jumps? And why don't you keep that info and let customers know.
