Wife went thru for oil change. We moved so this is new store for us. After change was done, she asked about windshield washer fluid, said they checked it. They didn’t check lights or tires. Leaked oil on her new car engine. Charged her 15 more than usual price. When she got home I looked it over. One tire was low, washer fluid was bone dry and it was 1/2 quart low on oil. Poor workmanship!!

I went and got my oil changed today. Gage and Nathan were out in the lot talking when I pulled in. Nathan directed me with a wave of his hand to enter the bay. I did, as soon as I pulled up, he reprimanded me for not being directed in by him. I told him he waved me in and he continued to argue with me. It was a very uncomfortable situation.The way he treated me was very undermining and demeaning. I have been a customer in the past, and have been pleased with the service and treatment. Today was a huge disappointment.
General Manager, maybe you should train your staff to have better customer service as this was unacceptable.

Was genuinely the worst experience I’ve had at a Valvoline in terms of customer service, granted I know I showed up 30 minutes before closing. But the technicians clearly didn’t want my business. The attitude was insane. I clearly heard the guy beneath my car screaming and cussing and the guy that scanned me in was the most dismissive/passive aggressive person I’ve come across while ever visiting any of the locations near by me. I would have went to eastgate but they closed at 5:30 so I drove out of my way. I will not be returning to the Milford location period the end. 0/10 would not recommend, as someone who works in customer service it was just totally unacceptable.
