After my visit my check engine light along with my Red oil lamp came on. Shortly after I took my Jeep to the mechanics at Village Auto who I frequently use. They turned off shut off the check engine light advising me to return if it continued. I returned an hour later now to find not only the check engine light come back on but now the red oil lamp was coming on more frequent. Another oil change was done. A piece of rubber seal was pulled from the oil filter connect. The engine light went off but the Red oil light continued. Upon mechanics advice now the jeep had to be towed and is under repair. What should have been a simple oil change by the Valvoline staff has now turned into a major oil pressure repair. So ya, I'm pretty unsatisfied with my Valvoline Experience! My jeep was running just fine until I stopped in for an oil change at this Milford 28 location. Valvoline broke my jeep!!! I only hope Valvoline will make it right.Regards,Kenneth Dadosky

Told us a part to replace oil cap was replaced with a temporary part that would need to be changed before next oil change. Management told us it was a permanent fix amd was metal...staff told us it was plastic. Very confused.

The cost of an oil change is more expensive than most places. An oil change at Walmart is more than half the price than Valvoline. The charge should be evaluated. There is also an added "extra oil charge." What is that charge for? $100.00+ dollars should cover any oil change. I like Valvoline but may have to reconsider going there due to the cost.

I had a trainee that didn't seem very bright. Had trouble figuring out change. I gave him 152 dollars on a bill of $151.55 it took him a very long time and had to get help to figure out 45 cents change. Considering your high prices, perhaps pay more to get brighter help.
