Every employee was polite, funny, and patient when I asked questions about what oil I should get with my vehicle and the mileage I had. I did feel bad for them due to the heat index. Corporate should definitely invest in ideas to keep employees cool in high heat.

I didn't stay for my service. The CSR was incredibly rude and just needed to go home. He slammed my door and hit my leg because I didn't unlock it fast enough for him to scan the inside of the door. When going back into the bay, he slammed the scanner down and made it obvious he was pissed off. Bad days happen but if you can't handle your emotions in front of customers that just arrived, don't work with people. I've always had good experiences here but for this visit I took my business elsewhere.

They were very kind and professional. After asking them to FINALLY check my differential levels in my Tahoe, which they had previously done and filled as necessary, they had refused saying they don't do that anymore unless I get the transfer cases fully serviced (Which costs about 500 less than the 22 Tahoe's worth). I then called Corporate, who said there was no such order from them.
You have serviced my and my wife's cars for the last 24 years. I'm very disappointed now and will be forced to look elsewhere.
