I thought team members were very friendly. We did arrive when the store was quite busy and there was a combination of two team members that helped us, which is good, but they didn't always know what the other had taken care of. We used a $25 off coupon, without the coupon I don't see that there is any reason to say we really want to go back to Valvoline. I do believe that the team members were trying hard to do a good job.
