This was my first time getting my oil changed by a business, and I couldn't have had a better experience! Derek was very nice and explained to me what the technicians Avrin and Evan were doing to my car before they started working on it. As a young woman who doesn't know much about cars, I felt comfortable with how they treated me and my car, and I never felt like I was being asked or pressured into buying anything besides an oil change. When I had questions, Derek was very understanding and thoroughly explained to me what was going on. I was never worried, nor did I question, what the technicians were doing to my car because the team made sure to keep me updated. I would recommend this location to anyone who may be apprehensive or nervous about getting their oil changed or their car worked on!
