Very disappointed this visit. They didn’t reattach my service shield correctly nor put the clips in and I almost lost it. It was all replaced back in January so it’s brand new I also have a valve stem cap missing

Oil was allowed to spill from the oil filter onto the frame of the undercarriage which resulted in a mess on the underside of my truck. That also allowed a small puddle to form on my driveway. Closer attention to detail needs to occur.
