I am out of town working here locally. By far the best service I have ever had from any Valvoline ever. Very knowledgeable and professional staff. Showed me last service, (where ever it was at), really did a disservice. They rotated my work truck tires and Amanda showed me where the last service center, who ever it was, cross threaded all studs/nuts on one rim and several others on the rest of the rims. Very professional, will be taking my personal truck there next. Now work truck has to go to another shop to fix the issues, but thanks to Amanda she brought my "ticking time bomb" to me and the company's attention.
