I came in needing an oil change. I also had a problem with my transmission slipping. I asked a few questions about my transmission and the gentleman was very honest and open about the options I had. We then agreed to take it to the dealership, given it’s still under warranty. Now with a diagnosis, I will be bringing my vehicle back to Valvoline for a transmission flush. The gentleman who took care of me was awesome and gave me a discount on a cabin air filter. I’ve been to a few different Valvoline locations and this one was definitely the best customer experience I’ve had.
