I've been going to Valvoline for years now every time I went except this time they always use the machine and suck the oil out of the engine component they say because certain cars the bolt underneath can strip this time I went to it and they couldn't get my hood open so they were banging and pushing and laughing about it my hood being frozen then they went underneath grinding down on the screw then they never top off any of my fluids I also paid for windshields wiper to get put on but I just don't understand this time I'll every time I got an oil change from them they decide to go underneath and do it it literally ttook about 3 minutes
