Team members were great. I arrived at this location two days prior for an oil change. After waiting 15 minutes for the bay to clear I was told they did not have the necessary oil filter in stock. I was instructed to go to the parts store to pickup a filter and they would happily install it. Now that I know to call ahead of time to schedule an appointment Iu2019m sure I wonu2019t have this issue again. Again, staff was great.

Have a 2023 ford bronco sport with less than 6000 miles. Employee told my wife after the service that it took 2 extra quarts of oil. Cost $80 for standard oil change (semi synthetic) with a $15 coupon. Donu2019t believe it took that much oil.

Everything with servicing was fine however the woman that was assisting me was not clear and didnu2019t listen. She asked me about replacing additional parts and services, which I understand is her job, however I declined them all. While doing service I noticed them adding something to the gas tank and when I asked it was a fuel enhancer that I specifically said no too and did not want. I suggest that you be clearer with customers and confirm additional items before you just add them and charge them.
