DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!! I called and confirmed they could do something simple for me they told me yes, confirmed they had the parts and how much it would cost. I get there and the one with the unbrushed long reddish hair instantly got an attitude that I even asked about it and looked at it and told me it would shred up his hands and he couldn’t get it out and it was a liability. Which would totally be understandable if I hadn’t had this done before. I went to my normal location they did it for me no problem took no time at all. They must just be lazy at the belden location which makes me nervous about them doing any service correctly. Also if he’s worried about his precious little hands he should probably look for another job!

Guy that adressed himself as manager took care of my oil change , completley messed up the input of my actual milage so now my carfax will reflect milage discrepency , not happy about that, then they had me sitting there with nobody touching my van for 10 plus minutes while they played on their phones including the manager sitting there laughing on his phone , not professional , made a mess putting my oil in had they had to dump a bucket of water on my engine to rinse off the oil , would not reccomend or go back to this valvoline , will stick to the 62 location they are much more professional
