Staff was great. I had my own oil and filter so the charge of $52 plus tax seemed a little too much. I normally pay about $65 for an oil change elsewhere and that is without bringing my own oil and filter.

I brought my vehicle to the store on Main St in North Canton for a routine transmission fluid change. My car was in perfect working order. Immediately after the service, I lost the ability to go into reverse.
I have opened a claim but the store is refusing to take responsibility. They are demanding that I—the customer—pay out of pocket for a diagnostic to prove their mistake. My car is currently undrivable because of their technicians' work. They assured me that they could properly work on a Toyota.
It is unacceptable that Valvoline disables a customer's vehicle and then expects the customer to front the bill for the inspection. Avoid this location if you value your vehicle’s transmission!!!!

I was getting messages on my dash. They did the oil change that was due and also found that the transmission fluid cap had blown off. I had to get the part from a dealership but it was just a $17 part. It saved me a service call to the dealership because it was an easy part to install. The staff were all friendly and helpful.
