However, every time I come in I know they have to offer additional services I assume there is some incentive behind it but once I say I need an oil change and nothing else that should be it. I don't mean to sound like a snob but I understand that staff has to do their job.

My technician, Damien, was the most helpful and courteous young man that I have encountered in business for quite awhile. In the days of Karens and negativity, this young man needs to be recognized for his courtesy, respectfulness, pleasantness and wanting to go the extra mile. When I complained about an annoying noise under my hood, he immediately responded that he would take a look to see if he could see the problem. I had been told by a mechanic that the noise originated by the "motor mount" and it could involve some detailed work. Damien noticed a loose "rod" that was vibrating against something under my hood. He placed it back into position and that was the end of the problem. Such a small effort probably saved me a lot of time and money. The rest of my visit was followed by pleasant conversation and work was completed in a timely fashion. I think this young man needs recognition and the company needs to be aware of having a genuine diamond working for them.
