This is my first visit, having long wait times at my dealer where I have always gotten my service. I was blown away by the overall experience. It was like entering a completely different world of auto service. The service was quick, professional, and efficient. The staff clearly knew what they were doing. They performed various safety checks, checked/added fluids, and reset my maintenance timer. I did not expect any of this. They answered my questions regarding other available services, which I had no idea they could do. I thought this was just an oil change place. I will never be going back to my dealer unless I have some need that Valvoline doesn't provide. I think my time in the bay was only about 15 minutes. Fifteen minutes! No appointment necessary! Why wouldn't I come back?

My only problem with this visit was that the one technician was doing my antifreeze/coolant change and it appeared that he was inexperienced in doing this procedure. He kept talking the nozzle on and off the fill point and at one point splashed coolant all over my engine bay. I could smell coolant for a few days afterwards, coming from the engine when I would get out of the car
